Dr Shaila Mahan is an Associate Professor of English working at the Commissionerate of College Education of Rajasthan in Jaipur. She is a teacher educator and administrator who specializes in ELT & Indian Writings in English for nearly three decades. She is an IELTS Examiner for the British Council and is an active member of ELTAI (the English Language Teachers' Association of India).
