JTELT follows a continuous publication model. Articles are published online individually as soon as they successfully complete the peer review, editorial, and production processes, without waiting for compilation into scheduled issues. Each calendar year constitutes one volume of the journal. Newly accepted articles are added continuously to the current volume throughout the year, ensuring timely dissemination of research and scholarly communication.
The journal was originally published as a quarterly online journal, with issues appearing in January, April, July, and October. In order to support faster publication and improve the accessibility of high-quality scholarship, JTELT has transitioned to a continuous publication model. The journal follows a rolling submission policy and accepts manuscripts throughout the year.
Peer Review Process
JTELT follows a rigorous double-blind peer-review system to ensure fairness, objectivity, academic integrity, and methodological rigour. The identities of authors and reviewers are concealed throughout the review process.
All submissions undergo a three-stage review process:
- Stage 1 - Editorial Screening Manuscripts are checked for relevance to the journal’s scope, plagiarism, language quality, structural clarity, and adherence to submission guidelines.
- Stage 2 - Double-Blind Peer Review Eligible manuscripts are evaluated by external reviewers for originality, scholarly contribution, technical quality, clarity, and depth.
- Stage 3 - Editorial Decision The editorial team reviews the original submission, reviewer reports, and revised versions before making the final decision.
The complete review process normally takes a maximum of 90 days.
Authorship and AI Use Policy
JTELT follows recognised ethical standards regarding authorship and AI-assisted writing practices.
Authorship credit must reflect genuine intellectual contribution. All authors must have substantially contributed to the conception, analysis, interpretation, drafting, or revision of the work and approved the final version for publication. Ghost, guest, or gift authorship is strictly prohibited.

Authors must disclose any AI-assisted support used for language editing, translation, transcription, literature search support, visuals, or related purposes.
