Dr Maithry Shinde is a passionate teacher with an experience of more than two decades. She has authored books on Literature and Soft Skills. She is an ardent researcher and has works published on women’s issues, ethnicity, partition literature and soft skills. She has been a resource person at the state Judicial Academy for more than a decade. In the course of her career, she has authored book chapters in prescribed text books for Osmania University and Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University. Currently, she is the Head of the Department of English and Languages at St. Mary’s College, Yousufguda, Hyderabad.
